So I plug my earphones. Press the icon again and now it asks me to turn off the sound effects ( I know this means change to normal mode), but once I do this it still asks me the same thing...turn off sound effects. I am just being paranoid or the 5.1ch already working at this point? You just have to set the equalizer and effects to normal. Tap the 5.1ch icon and it should remain blue when activated. Of course, you'll have to be wearing the headphones to be able to fully appreciate the change in sound Cheers.
