I have a serious issue!

I have replaced my ROM on my Galaxy S and the new ROM wasn't good and wont loading...
meanwhile i deleted the old rom zip file from the sd card.
now i dont have any rom installed on my device and no zip file on the sd card that i can install.
i want to know if there is any way to move a file from my PC to the sd card via recovery.
and if no how should i gat any rom installed on my device...

Please help I am already desperate! Crying

You can use Odin to flash software to the phone,  as long as you can access Download mode (vol down & home & power buttons)

I can access download mode but how do i install a rom using ODIN

The following thread is a method i posted to downgrade software.

The thread involves two installations, the first is using a 3 file rom,  the second using a single file rom.  Just follow the section relevant to what rom type you have.
If you only have a zip file then you can download suitable files and Odin from samfirmware.com

Yes.
Go to recovery>mounts and storage>connect your phone via USB cable to the phone>select mount USB storage. You can transfer files to the phone. After transferring>select umount>go back to the main menu and unplug the cable. Now you can install a ROM zip.
