Does it sound like a Battery Problem or am i Better off Taking it back to my Phone Provider and getting them to fix it ( 1-2 months with no phone)

First thing to try is factory reset the phone,  in case an app is draining the power. If that don't work then take it back.

Get it looked at, i had to return a Galaxy Apollo couple of days ago that lost its charge & shut down a couple of hours after a full charge. Also could the phone have got wet? Water damage can lead to fast draining batteries.
