I googled a bit and there should be a kernel problem that current softwere supports only 256MB of ram? Does anyone has more informations? Maybe how to fix it? Android version 2.2 (froyo) fixes the problem and should be available "soon" for the Galaxy S according to official Samsung channels, but no better ETA than that has been given. How that HTC desire show more than 256MB of ram? Advance task killer shows about 160MB of free ram at start and down to 50-60MB of free ram at Galaxy S. On Desire it shows up to 250-260 of free ram at start, and about 160MB after runing some time..?
