Hi,
My current SGS has:
PDA:JVI, Phone: JVO, CSC: JS2 (DBT)
I want to change the Android Market account and apparently on Android 2.x the only way is to do a hard reset. Problem is, the complete wipe keeps failing:

Factory Reset failing
I have this phone for like a week and haven't done much with it. I used Kies to bring it to 2.3.3, then rooted it using
this thread in order to install Titanium Backup. It all worked fine.
I tried resetting the phone through the Settings>Privacy menu, with or without the "clear out USB" option, with or without an external SD, tried dialing the number in the
how-to thread in these forums, same difference. I tried rooting it again with the "CF-Root-XW_DBT_JVI-v3.7-CWM3RFS" I have used to root it before, it flashed OK, but all my data is still there. I am rather wary of using the "Repartition" option that the OP specifically said to not use.
I've tried searching, but I am getting threads with links to links to links, and all speak about reflashing some brocked phones. Mine is not bricked, it is working fine, I just can't wipe it out.
Is it the rooting that is now preventing the factory reset from working? Will Odin's "Repartition" option help? Or should I find somewhere the stock for my PDA/Phone/CSC combination for (DBT) and reflash it all, and will this clear the data? Any other ideas?
Thanks?
