Email issue with send messages

I have the problem that I can not send emails, the composed mail stays in the outbox and even thou i press "Send outgoing messages" nothing heppen 
I checked the setting of my accounts (Gmail and Hotmail) and if seems to have no problem when I checked the "Outgiong settings" (nor error message when I go thru the settings with "Next"). Incoming is no problem get all my existing and new mails on the phone.
Would be nice to find a solution (reboot did not help).

I can send from my gmail account, but I had to download an app to get my email from my hotmail account. I read its because it is a google phone but there might be an update coming soon.
