Hello:  I have tried with no success to create my own ringtone for incoming calls.  I went to the  App called Voice Recorder and made my recording.  Unfortunately, unlike other phones, there is  nothing that tells me "Use As Ringtone".   I don't know how to get my recording into the general ringtone folder.  I would appreciate any help.  Thanks!!

There is, you just didn't look in the right place: Start the "Music Player" app, hold your finger on the audio file of your choice, then select "Set As" in the popup menu.

Open the "My Files" app, enter the "Sounds" directory and find your recorded voice memos there. Touch one to have it played in the "Music Player". In the Music Player, press the Menu button (the touch button on the lower left below the display) and select "Set As", then "Ringtone for voice calls". Voila!
