Since I have firmware JM2, I have to plug it in (Mount is not available), unplug it, plug it in again (Mount is available). The phone itself doesn't bring up the mount option and on the computer it brings up the "USB Not Recognize." That is, no USB connection to _any_ computer (meaning there's no use fiddling with your computer, it's working okay). Since you said you already factory reset it (so not much to do there either), it basically means you have to return it for servicing. Is that just turning it off/on? I did a battery pull the other day because it froze.. Not sure if that is relevant or not. Would I lose anything on my SIM card if I did a factory reset? I need to check/use USB debugging to use PDAnet tether software Hope this helps.
