This root means the root of your internal memory -
/sdcard.
To create those folder, open your "
My Files", the tap on "
Home" on top. Now you're in the root of your
/sdcard.
Now, tap on your
Menu button (bottom left) and then "
Create folder". On the popup screen, type in the folder name
Media.
Now you'll have a folder named "
Media". Tap on it to go into this folder and repeat the above to create the rest of the folders.
If you're afraid that you'll lose this, eg. after an upgrade firmware, you can create these folders in your external memory card -
/sdcard/sd.
With "
My Files", go into the "bluetooth" folder, long press on the audio file until a popup appear and choose the action you want. To able to use it as a SMS ringtone, navigate to your newly created folder
/sdcard/Media/Audio/Notifications and tap on "
Paste".
