i got recently my Samsung Galaxy S i9000. Cannot RESET to Factory Configuration following this path: Settings -> Privacy.

Try dialing *2767*3855# ...

1 ) Turn off your device.
2 ) Hold the Volume Down button.
3 ) Press and release the Power button.
4 ) Press Volume Down to select Clear Storage.
5 ) Press and release the Power button.
6 ) Press Volume Up to confirm.

Please backup all your data, in your device memory, before doing this Hard-Reset. All your settings will be lost.

Hi can some one help me. When i try to reset my phone it give me the following message:

can't put it back because the Service system reset is not available
