I had the same problem with 2.1 and the problem remains after the upgrade too. Can some one help please? It's very annoying. Edge is one of the older methods of Internet Over the Air. Edge does not allow the use of the GSM modem while it is in use. You need to upgrade to HSDPA or 3G. Peace. Bt prior to galaxyS I had G1 in which the data packet connection was suspended for the incoming call and after the call it was resumed.. Is there any way by which I can have the same thing in my GalaxyS. P.S. -I don't have 3g coverage here.. Try asking for a new Sim Card, it may have something to do with that. Peace.
