Also try reset button sa ilalim ng battery cover. Kung makapasok ka lang sana sa settings, I would suggest you try doing a factory reset. Sa issue na yan, other option is dalhin yan sa samsung service center. Again, not sure kung ano gagawin nila diyan pero that's probably the best option sa ngayon kung di ka makapasok.
