Good morning,
As you know, Nokia phones allow you to create some profiles (modes) regarding aspects like tone, call filter, etc. You can also choose "Silent" and decide if the cell vibrates, which calls are rejected etc.
Any similar application in Android?
Regards.

Well, this is pretty much a standard for all phones nowadays, including the Android phones. There is no need for an application. They are built into the handsets already.

I'm interested to know how this works too as this was a feature I used all the time with my old Nokia.

There are many smartphones better than Nokias, but it is  not that easy when being a phone is the matter. Miss some of its intelligent features and sturdiness.

I'm assuming that you're using the Galaxy S... in which case I find that if you pull the notifaction bar down, and then click the vibrate button, that does the job... put's the phone onto silent and vibrates. (one of the nice things about Samsung's modifications to Android I believe)
I agree, the profiles don't seem to be as easy to adjust as they were on the old Nokia's, but yeah, this works for me.

No where neer as customable as Nokia's you can not even turn off the ascending ring tone!
Samsung need to address this, i miss calls because of this (when in pocket)
Nokia not the best phones but sgs has some major flaws.
