I don't wish to be connected to Internet 24x7 thru my phone as I have a Limited Data transfer Plan(but I wish I could Crying )
I was using APNdroid on 2.1 but after Upgrading to 2.2 APNdroid does not seem to work because apps were able to connect internet and I was also able to browse even in Off Mode of APNdroid... Crying I assume it is probably a compatibility issue of APNdroid with Android 2.2
Now Plz suggest me if there is any other way I could do the same in Android 2.2 thru System Setting or else an app available to so the same what APNdroid used to do in Andriod 2.1

You can create a false APN and select it so that no data can be sent.
What firmware do you have?

There is an App in Market called APNDroid and the widget for it separately.

I Recommend it I used it when I was on Eclairs and on My Nexus S worked beautifully.

Peace.
