i saw on the market the advanced task manager and the dvanced task killer they both feel the same and i was wondering what are the differences and which one is better? 

anyone know?  HUH?

Don't use either, as long as your phone is rooted, use Autokiller and set the preset to Strict or Aggressive.

Also, ES Task Manager is good with a nice widget for auto closing running apps but you'll barely have a use for it if you use autokiller.
