I am sure most of you have heard that there are 5 US versions of the Samsung Galaxy S. They are basically the same just with some different features like the hard keyboard on the Epic 4g for Sprint. There are new forums for all of the US versions of the Galaxy S. US Cellular has reported their own version of the Galaxy S but I don't think there is a true name for it yet.

I feel like a total idiot LOL!! I am new and found a post with a link to here...saying "this forum is not for the Samsung Mesmerize". Well really stupid question here, is there a forum you guys know of for this phone??? Are these phones that much different.....I like this forum, really nice people here!

ATM, there's no Forum specially dedicated for the Mesmerize yet, but do stay here.

I think there won't be too much differences, since they're all Galaxies.

The mesmerize looks pretty well the same as the captivate so if there's something you don't find here, that's related to hardware, you may check the captivate forum to see what others are saying. This group of forums is well run and generally has nice and helpful members.

Samsungs galaxy line is confusing everybody I think. I visit mygalaxytab.net from time to time and see that almost half the stuff in there isnt for the galaxy tab but for some galaxy phone variant.

I would go ahead and stay here bro... the people are incredibly nice, and helpful. Seeing as how they're all Galaxy S devices, they're going to be running identical hardware, they're simply in different casing... with the exception of the Epic which possesses a keyboard and front facing camera. I was unaware of the Mesmerize's release, but, after a quick Google, it simply looks like a rebranded Fascinate. Would I be correct in assuming it is a CDMA device? (Meaning, no SIM card)
