Hi,
This is my first post on this forum, and it unfortunatelly comes with problems on the phone.
I am using internet connection on computer (with windows 7 installed) using usb cable connected from galaxy s with
i9000xxjpp soft which is connected to wifi home network (internet->router->wifi->phone->(usb)pc).
Firstly i had 2.1 soft which worked fine. Now i have froyo 2.2 and it keeps me disconnecting every couple of minutes for about 10-30 seconds, i have tested that by ping. Funny thing is that i can still see "connection" icon in windows in connected state and also use internet on phone in this time.
It looks like usb software problem or any tethering software problem which causes to disconnect ocasionally without any reason. When i uncheck and check internet sharing on my phone via usb i get back connection really fast on my pc. Is here any known issue to this or should i just send my phone to local distributor where i have bought it? P.s. i dont have rooted phone and also don't have any 3rd party software which can change anything in tethering. Mainly couple of popular games. I really appreciate for any help as it's really sick to get disconnected every 2-5 minutes while talking on skype for example.
