Send/Receive Media Messages

Firstly check settings for mms (you can get correct settings from your carrier) and email (check email provider for pop settings)

Both rely on the mobile Internet,  so make sure the Internet works on your phone,  you have good signal and ideally 3G connection.

Also some email providers will only allow you to send emails using their Internet connection.
Eg if you using talktalk email,  you can only send email using a talktalk Internet connection.
