Is There a Voice Tag for Incoming Phone Call????????????

On my Nokia E75 which I had before the Galaxy I was able to set each contact to have the phone say who was calling before answering, like it's in my pocket.
I loved this feature, it told me when work was calling or the wife, she got picked up quicker.

I have gone through the Galaxy and I don't see any option to allow this feature, so I am guessing it's not there?
Or is it?

If it is can someone point me in the right direction, if not is there an app that attaches to the contacts to allow this feature or a new contacts that does this?
