How do I play music through a stereo or car

For your car:

1. What you need is an FM transmitter that has a regular 3.5mm jack. What you do is plug the transmitter to your phone and set the frequency on your transmitter. Once done, set the same frequency on your car stereo. (Pick a frequency that has no radio signal from outside or else this will interfere with the signal from the transmitter).

2. Another way would be to utilize the Auxiliary input from your stereo and connect a stereo RCA cable. At the other end of the cable connect an RCA/3.5mm adapter, which allows you to connect your phone to it. Check with your local auto stereo specialist if this is possible.

3. If your stereo has a cassette player, get yourself a cassette adapter that has a 3.5mm wire jack connected to it. You simply put this in your player, connect your phone with the jack and press play on your car stereo.

Options 2 & 3 are the best sounding. Option 1, the worst.

For your house:

Option #2 (above) would work. Or option #1 if it has a radio feature.
