 Kiss there are a few apps on my phone i dont use and want to get rid of them but dont know how. please help

1. menu>settings>applications>manage applications>hit "all">select the app.>hit it>hit "uninstall".
2. You can grab "Titanium Backup" and/or "Root Explorer" from Market.
Using them, you can delete apps,too.
