I made the mistake importing my contacts from yahoo messenger to my galaxy S, and i wanted to know if there is a way to delete them from my phone contact list because it's annoying.

Can you go into contacts, and click Settings>Display Options?  Scroll down the list of options until you see Yahoo.  Click the Dropdown and uncheck All Contacts.

I had the same problem with GMail and Yahoo.

Hope that help

Do they have an identifying mark like Google's 'g' to indicate they're from Yahoo, so you can delete them?
Or have Yahoo and Kies open side-by-side and delete that way.

Use Kies, if you can get it to work, will make it much easier, as it shows you all contacts with all details easily.

And it's easier to carry a batch Job on Kies.
