I'm bit confuse here.
My phone upgraded to Froyo (GT-I9000)
But however my home screen not same like this one:


Specially the touchwiz not same, mine still same with Eclair.

Yes theres not much difference between froyo and eclair home screens. If you want something different, try ADW/GDE/Launcher Pro.

How can i customize the home screen ( making default home page etc)? can i hide the icon texts?

I recommend LauncherPro, its got everything you'll ever want and more!
You even have multiple docks.

+1 LauncherPro. On my SGS I have 3 homepages and 2 docks. On my Tab I have one page and 3 docks. You can change the spacing for the icons, remove the text and have widgets for your contacts. I just wish I could pay for it. That option seems to be down right now.
