I installed the Kies 1.5.3.1, and it doesn't recognize my phone. Sometimes it says "Please reconnect the device in Samsung Kies mode. The current connection mode is not supported by Kies." Othertimes, it says "The device is not supported by Kies". So I don't know what to do with it. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. In fact, whenever I plug the USB cable in, my phone turns to the screen "Connected - Press the home key to quit Samsung Kies". Their solution a new processor/laptop/pc. If its for F/W updates take it to a Samsung repair centre, in the uk that's carphone warehouse.
