Kies opens with a blank (grey)screen

I am using the latest upgrade,Kies_2.3.2.12054_20_1under Windows 7 64-bit.

The programme has worked properly once or twice since installation-now, however,all it does on launch is produce a great screen with no further action. Trying the Kieshelper application brought the program up properly once, but then reverted to its previous malfunctioning.

I have the same problem :
when i launch Kies, the application start with a blank (grey color).
the preference windows is printed correct to the screen.
an "install again" kies doesn't correct the grey screen...
what can we do for that ?

config :
last version of kies ( 2.3.2.12054_20)
win 7 with 64bit
.NET Framework (2.0 and 3.0 and 3.5 and 4.0 64 bits installed)

I think it could be a good idea to install agian the .net framework... but didn't do it yet.
