Im getting EXTREMELY frustrated and agitated. I bought my first Samsung Vibrant from Bell a month ago. I am now on my FOURTH phone. I have got new ones through my DOA 30 day period. The 30 day period has now passed. However, I got my new replacement phone 4 days ago. Last night my phone crashed. I was beyond upset. I'm almost getting to the point of ditching out on this phone and going with an iphone or HTC desire.

My Phone is booting up but not far enough to do a hard reboot. I love the Galaxy when it is working! It is user friendly and I love the swype feature. Anyways, What do you guys suggest I do?

Any help would be appreciated. Any other bell users or Galaxy users experiencing these problems? Crying

Call tech support. They will have you do some stuff and submit a ticket. Then you can take it back to the store. Talk to the manager, say it's your 4th phone and ask for a replacement with another device. For iPhone you'll probably have to pay extra as it is more than the Vibrant

I'm having same problem with my Tmobile Galaxy S - it started when I launched my gallery, the phone locked up so I removed the battery. When the phone restarted it gets as far as the "S" booting screen and then after appoximately 5-mins the screen goes black and the buttons stay illuminated.

I've tried removing the battery for 5-mins and still the same problem.

The phone is rooted with RyanZA app.

Any help will be appreciated.
