USB not linking to Mac. Setting NOT in wireless settings.

hey all,

I've read and read. I've looked and looked! My phone used to connect to my laptop just fine, and it would give me the option to mount it as a disk drive and I could add and remove files from the card.

Last night when I connected my phone to my mac it didnt do anyting. In fact, it wouldnt charge. So i disconnected it and connected it and said Car mode or something. Anyways, its charging now as its connected but it wont mount.

I looked all over the settings for the USB options. There are NONE. Not even in the wireless settings menu as I read all over.

Can anyone please guide me??
