Dear Ladies & Gents,

For the Past 4 months am using SGSL GT i 9003.

Recently i have come across an terrible issues with my Touch screen,as it not functioning properly and got hanging frequently.

As per the Service center, they suggested me to replace the "Touch Screen Sensor".

Is it worthy to replace?

Any other suggestions will be welcome.

Does any body came across the same issue?

Thanks in Advance.

Rgds

If it's free, why not?

And, please DO NOT post the same content repeatedly.

Thanks.

If the service center says you need to change it, why are you questioning their decision?

If the device is not under warranty, then I understand your concern.

Are you trying to figure out if the issue is not related to hardware? if so try a soft reset.

I doubt it will fix it, but if it were me, and the sift reset didn't help I would go with the SGSC suggestion

Peace.

Many users have had many different issue with the screen, some totally have no problem at all.

There are SOOOOOOOO many causes to a single problem, which may seems identical, but different.

You didn't mention what you'd done with your device, it's difficult for anyone to give you an answer, unless you just need a simple Yes or No, which wouldn't be any help to you.

The service center had analyze your device, so they should know better that me. And, as I'd mentioned, if is free, then let them change it. Even the problem is not solved, you still get to keep the NEW sensor (or even a new replacement). Then you can still come back here with more details of your problem, if it still persist.
