I got my Samsung Galaxy S in Feb, I love it, when it works... which is about 2% of the time. It constantly freezes, switches off, won't switch on, takes screen captures randomly, the list is endless. In short, I am beginning to hate it. It has progressively got slower and slower and more problems appeared, so I did a factory reset and this seemed to help for a little while (maybe a week).
I have hardly any apps on it, a 2gb external card with music and maybe 100 photos. Has anyone else been so frustrated by this phone which, when I bought it, was supposed to be a leader in the market. I dont want to threaten it with an iPhone but it makes me want to cry!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am a complete tecnophobe and the idea of 'rooting' it makes a migrane come on... I just can't follow the previously posted instructions on how to do it. Please help... if not help, just offer me some comfort!! :}
