Hi,
I have a problem with my phone. I got my phone for 3 - 4 months now. I did not have any problems until a couple of days ago. My phone wont charge. I use a plug in wall charger to charge my phone. When i plug it in it indicates it is charging ( lightning bolt with charging animation ). For example, I leave it to charge for 6 hours and when i come back it did not charged at all. Even when it is turned off. 

What i tried:
I tried using a different charger. And i tried to use a different battery. All did not work. In fact my battery worked fine in a different Samsung s plus phone. I tried a factory reset, that did not worked either.

Does some one here got a similar problem?
How did you fix it?
Any tips on what i shall do?

I have the same problem, what happened to though was at first my computer stopped recognizing my phone. That went on for a month, then the phone suddenly stopped charging both in the car and in the the wall charger. It only charged in my laptop then it wouldnt charge anywhere. i charge my battery with some weird charger that goes straight to the battery itself

You just bought it for 3-4 months ,so your cell phone is in the warranty,so you can take it to the shop you bought and ask them to repair it for you,otherwise you can ask then to replace it for you.

If you still have warranty, take/send it back. The warranty should cover this.

Taking that, some Galaxy devices have been known to have"slightly loose" charging ports.

Next time you go to change, make air the connector is all the way in. Also try wriggling it.
