Having an issue with my wifes phone and search has not turned up too many answers for me as of yet.
Issue started when trying to take some video then recieved the message that the memory was full or not enough memory. So I started poking around in the settings and tried to view the total memory usage only to see what I have listed below:
In menu "SD card and Phone Storage":
Total Space: 3.40 GB
Available Space: 13.28MB
Unmount SD Card
Format SD Card
Application Storage:
Available Space: 268MB
That's all that it shows, no internal information at all and the total space if for the external card only.
Now after reading for some time I have seen that my wifes phone should probably have some type of internal storage of about 16 GB with about 11GB usable, but I cannot see any of that through her phone. As well her external card is an 8 GB of which only 3.40 shows useable. I am not sure if I can re-format the internal card as I cannot see it, as well I am not sure if the external is partially corrupted. I will try to re-format the external and see what happens with that, but was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what might be going on?
