my phone does not recognize the internal memory at all. HELP!!!
the problem started when the battery completely discharged and then charged. the memory simply disappeared.
 i have no data or applictions installed, tried, reboot and  factory reset but still the internal memory is 0GB. how do i reconnect it?

when i look at "my files" it says -- your phone doesn not have a SD card inserted --- but it does 16GB .
the same thing has happened to a new phone that we purchased .
how is this possible there must be a way to fix this.
now i have another problem, every time i turn my phone off and on it reverts to itallian!

Try settings>sd card>format internal sd card. Make sure you're looking at the Internal sd card values. If it's still 0, then I suggest you take it to your nearest service center as there may be a problem with your memory.
