Hi
My Galaxy S can't find my postition. I have downloaded two applications (GPS status and GPS Essentials) from market to try, if my GSP sensor is working. I was out (street, or under the sky) turned on GPS and started applicatin, but neither one application was able to find my position. (i was waiting 15 minutes at least). I have tried it several times, but it seems, that there is problem with my GPS sensor.
Can you help me please?

In terms of apps try" faster fix GPS" app..
The best solution i can advise is upgrade your phone firmware or try custom from > check if GPS working or not..!!
Many times its firmware related & so when you update firmware it fixes the issue from prev firmware version..  If after updating firmware you still experiencing same problem > then you know it's hardware issue..!!

what firmware are you on..??

Hi
I have the latest upgrade 2.3.6. But i had this problem also on 2.1 and 2.2. Sometimes my GPS found my position, but it usually takes 20 minutes or more  HUH? .
