For three weeks now I can not browse. I get the message "web page not found" and " the server is not available". I tried different things like powering off and on, clearing history, deleting some browsing applications, but nothing works. I do not like to make factory reset so as not to loose data and applications. Any one has a solution please help.

How are you connected to the internet? Wifi? Network?

For browsing, you need to have an active connection. Easiest is wifi. Look for a working wifi hotspot and try setting up a connection. If you're connected, there will be a little wifi icon next to your signal icon on the top right side of your status bar (top of your screen). If it's a good connection, you should be able to browse.

Hey lorsban-- thank you for your contribution. Yes, I am connected through wi-fi and the icon is their, and other laptops are working on the same wi-fi. I have tried the mobile on other wi-fi netwrks, but still the same problems.  Smile
