After a failed Upgrade attempt I was left with the dreaded Comp - Phone symbols with a triangle in the middle.
Managed to use the three key method and get into Download mode.
Connected to the computer and opened Kies, went through the Emergency Recovery download ok and have reached the window that reads:
GT-I9000 firmware emergency recovery in progreess...
Do not disconnect your device from the PC.

In the top left of the Kies window it says connecting.

Nothing appears to be happening.
Has anybody got any idea how long this process takes please?
